Three things turn most reports into a fix in one reply instead of five:

• Which tool, and which version of Premiere Pro.
• What you clicked and what happened instead of what you expected.
• A screenshot of the panel, if anything looks wrong in it.

Lost your download

Emailed links work for 30 days. If yours has expired, go back to the product page and enter the same address. A fresh link arrives right away and the file downloads immediately.

Refunds

Everything here is free at the moment, so there is nothing to refund. When paid tools arrive, this page will carry the refund terms in plain language before anything is for sale.
