Riwa is run by Toni Gizdić, a private individual in Croatia, and offers small panels for Premiere Pro. Using this site or a tool from it means these terms apply. They are meant to be read, so they are short.
What you may do
- Install the tools on the machines you work on.
- Use them on paid client work. No extra licence, no royalty, no asking.
What you may not do
- Republish the files, put them on another site, or share your download link publicly.
- Sell them, bundle them into something you sell, or present them as your own.
If you want to hand a tool to a colleague, send them here. Everything free stays free, and it matters that the list knows who took what.
Download links
A link from the site works for a short time and a link from an email works for 30 days. Expired links are not a fault. Ask again on the product page and you get a fresh one.
No promises about your project
These tools are given as they are. They are tested on the versions named on each product page, but they touch your project file, and no plugin can promise it will never get in the way of your work. Keep the backups you would keep anyway, and try a new tool on something that is not due tomorrow.
Riwa is not liable for lost work, lost time, or anything that follows from using a tool from here. Where the law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those still stand.
Nothing is sold here yet
Everything on this site is currently free. When something is sold, these terms will say how payment, invoicing and refunds work before any money can change hands.
Law
Croatian law applies, and your rights as a consumer under the law where you live are not affected by anything written here.
